10 pcs of white bread167g of cream cheese, softened½ cup powdered sugar¾ cups sugar1 tbsp ground cinnamon powder113g butter, melted ( i used salted )
- Trim the sides of the bread and flatten with rolling pin
- Combine cream cheese + powdered sugar until well blended.
- Mix sugar + cinnamon seperately.
- Spread cream cheese mixture thinly onto each bread and roll up.
- Dip each rolled bread into melted butter and then into the cinnamon + sugar mix.
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake at 180 celsius for 20 minutes until golden brown.
